A fabulous 2-storey Pool House provides a large games room, comfortable sitting room and a charming double bedroom.

Tennis

100 metres from the House is the state-of-the art tennis court with a practice wall at one end. There is also a badminton net plus racquets and shuttlecocks and a specially laid out ‘bouledrome’ (boules pitch) with 4 pairs of boules.

A unique 20 sqm sized room with a King size double bed (180x200m), windows looking south and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, washbasin, W.C. and bidet.

Green

With about 20sqm it is well sized and has south looking windows. It contains a 6’ 3″ wrought iron four poster double bed (1.6m wide), and is via a second door and the inner hallway connected to the very nice Bathroom 3.

Toulouse

Toulouse

Toulouse, the “ville rose” and capital of the Occitanie region, is a 45-minute drive away and, in addition to excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities, offers many sights, including the Gothic Saint Etienne Cathedral, the 16th century Capitol (Toulouse City Hall), the Pont Neuf and the Victor Hugo Market in the lovingly restored historic market hall. A visit to the aeroscopia aviation museum is also recommended.

In winter the Pyrenees attract people from all over the world with several ski resorts which can be reached after an approx. 1.5 h drive, including Ax-les-Thermes, Saint-Lary-Soulan, Luchon. In summer you can hike wonderfully in the mountains enjoying the views and refreshing temperatures.

Carcassonne

Carcassonne

Carcassonne is surely the most famous fortified medieval city in Europe. With its Cité Carcassone is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers a variety of tours to explore and appreciate the historical and cultural significance of the city. It is situated in Languedoc-Rousillon and can be reached after a 1.5-hour drive.

La Bourdette

The Chateau

The entire château is rented by the week. It has 8 bedrooms, including a separate one in the pool house. This means that at least 16 guests can enjoy the estate exclusively. The maison de maitre is surrounded by 15 hectares of land and borders the River Arize. The property invites you to linger with its pond and walks to the village of La-Bastide-de-Besplas. However, bicycles are of course available to explore the surrounding area.
